No dogs from our kennel were purchased, nor are bred, raised, or sold for any illegal purposes. All dogs in our kennel are used in legal activities including but not limited to conformation, weight pull, obedience, treadmill racing, and other non illegal activities. We do not own any dog that were knowingly used in any illegal activities before or after they were in our possession. We do not condone the use of any dogs in any illegal activities whatsoever. Dog fighting is a felony in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, punishable by up to 5 years in prison, and a fine of $250,000 due to the 2007 Animal Fighting Prohibition Enforcement Act. The Federal Animal Welfare Act prohibits the interstate transport of dogs for fighting purposes. Therefore, participating in dog fighting on any level can lead to imprisonment. We are not interested in going to prison at any point in time. Therefore, if you are involved in any illegal activities, including dog fighting, please do not contact our kennel for any reason. If you do contact our kennel despite this message, we will reply with a copy of this message to serve as a reminder. -PUPPIES: Typically $2000 or more (buyer pays all shipping & handling cost), but actual price depends on individual breeding. I do accept deposits (HALF) towards the purchase of a pup ONLY if it is from a planned breeding or if it is too young to ship-but the balance MUST be paid by the time the pup is 3 weeks old, or the deposit is forfeited(unless otherwise arranged and approved by Armageddon Kennels). Pups that are old enough to be shipped must be paid in full, no deposits accepted.THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS are PUPS!!! Keep in mind sometimes the name we call the dogs might be a nick name so the actual registered name might be different on the papers. If you place a deposit on one particular breeding and sex, you cannot change your mind and place it on another breeding or sex, nor can you ask for the deposit back. A deposit is your promise to buy the given pup you've chosen, and my compensation for taking the pup off the market if you don't follow through with your promise. So, please, decide carefully on which breeding you like, BEFORE you send your deposit, to avoid any confusion or problems. THANKS!
-CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: I guarantee before you have recieved your pup from Armageddon Kennels, that the pup has been health checked by a licensed vet. If there are any health problems that occur before the pup reaches 4 months, due to a genetic disorder, you are entitled to another pup of any particular breeding.(ONLY with a LICENSED VET autopsy,& the vets paperwork MUST be sent to Armageddon Kennels). THE VET WILL BE CONTACTED. The pup must be sent back to Armageddon Kennels. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. I also agree that the pup you are getting is the pup from that particular breeding and the paperwork is for that particular pup. (HONESTY)
-STUD GUARANTEE: Stud fee is typically $2000(buyer pays shipping). It is mandatory that the customer gets a medical exam from a licensed vet for BABESIA and BRUCELLOSIS. The examanation must be given no more than 10 days prior to shipping.THE VET WILL BE CONTACTED. The breeding will be documented and photographed for proof that the breeding took place. Once the male has mounted the female Armageddon Kennels duties and obligations have been fulfilled. We are not responsible for any female that does not take. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON STUD FEES!!!
-CUSTOMER INCENTIVE FOR EXCELLENCE: If you campaign any pup or dog purchased from Armageddon Kennels to its championship(in whatever kind of competition), or Ace Weight Pull designation, and Armageddon Kennels is properly credited as the breeder, you are entitled to a FREE PUP for your good work (YOU PAY SHIPPING AND HEALTH CERT). If you continue the campaign to Grand Chamipionship you are entitled to two pups (YOU PAY SHIPPING AND HEALTH CERT).
